Via @nrdc_org: Anti-Black racism and white supremacy are inextricably linked to the climate crisis. We cannot begin to resolve one without the other. Whether it be the extractive legacy of slavery and colonialism or environmental racism through increased exposure to toxic pollutants or disproportionate impacts of climate change, if we do not address the root causes that exist we will not achieve justice.
